The distance between Constance Halaveli Maldives and Male International Airport is approximately 70 km. A Seaplane takes about 25-20 minutes of time to cover this distance. Please share arrival and departure flight schedules with the reservation team at Constance Halaveli at the time of booking or well in time, a week’s advance time will be thoroughly appreciated to ensure and guarantee a smooth transfer process.
Now coming to transfer timings, Seaplane is available only during daylight and the last seaplane flight departs from Male International Airport Seaplane Terminal at 15:30 hours. Guests with flying schedules before or after standard timings (06:00 hours to 16:00 hours) may not be transferred on the same day and have to stay in accommodation nearby Male Airport for a night at their expense. Similarly, guests with international departures from Male Airport before 08:50 hours may have to leave the night before and stay nearby Male Airport to catch the early flight in the morning from Male Airport.
Note: Complimentary Baggage allowance is 20Kg for check-in luggage and 5kg for hand luggage per person. The excess over this will be chargeable by the Carrier company i.e., Trans Maldivian Airways at the US $ 5.00 + GST 12% per kg. Also, a single piece of luggage weighing more than 30 kg is not acceptable on the Seaplane, so pack your bags accordingly.
