Transfers by Seaplane
A Seaplane transfer is one of the most popular and in-demand modes of transfer in the Maldives. On your arrival at Male Airport, you will receive a warm welcome from one of Milaidhoo’s airport executives who will help you with the transfers through Seaplane. A Seaplane flight takes approximately 35-40 minutes of time to cover a distance of 128 km. Do share your flight schedules (arrival and departure) with the concerned team well in time or atleast 3 days in advance.
Guests can also access private lounge facilities at the Seaplane Terminal during the waiting time. If you are looking for a same-day transfer, your arrival flight must comply with the standard Seapalne functioning hours which are the daylight hours. You must reach Male Airport by 15:30 hours. Transfers By Domestic Flight plus Speedboat
For guests with non-complying schedules with Seaplanes or otherwise also, transfers can also be arranged by domestic flight to Dharavandhoo Airport followed by a speedboat ride. Transfer charges for this mode are also additional and will be added over, please get in touch with the resort for updated charges amount. The travel time by this mode of transport is a total of half an hour (15 minutes each).

Transfers to Milaidhoo are coordinated by the resort through third-party transfer services and thus they have no control over changes or shifts in their timings. Do share with the resort your preferred mode of transfer along with the flight details minimum of 3-4 days prior to your arrival day at the Maldives.
Complimentary Baggage Allowance:
The complimentary Luggage limit is 25kg for check-in luggage plus 5kg for hand luggage per passenger. Over this will be charged at the ongoing rates.
