1. Rani Ki Vav (Queen’s Stepwell), Patan
Rani Ki Vav is one of the most beautiful stepwells, located in the town of Patan in Gujarat. The stepwell was designated as the World Heritage Site by UNESCO on 22 June 2014. it was excavated by the Archeological Survey of India, the carvings were found in pristine condition.
It is generally assumed that the stepwell was built in the memory of Bhimdev I. The stepwell was completed by Udayamati and Karandev I after the death of Bhimdev I himself.

2. Sabarmati Ashram
Sabarmati Ashram, also known as Satyagraha Ashram, Gandhi Ashram, or Harijan Ashram, is located in the center of the city of Ahmedabad. It was the official residence of Mahatma Gandhi, who lived here for about 12 years with his wife, Kasturba Gandhi. The Ashram has built its own museum to showcase the Gandhiji’s life journey.

3. Kirti Mandir, Porbandar
Kirti Mandir, is a place where the Father of Nation Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi aka Mahatma Gandhiji was born on 2 October 1869. Nanjibhai Kalidas Mehta, a famous industrialist built the memorial and named Kirti Mandir. The memorial was inaugurated by the then Home Minister of India Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel on May 27, 1950.

4. Jama Masjid, Ahmedabad
Jama Masjid is one of the oldest mosques in the country. Jama Masjid also known as Friday Mosque, is located outside Bhadra Fort area in Ahmedabad. The masjid was built up by Ahmed Shah I, completed in 1424. There are 15 domes and 260 spires. The mosque is also designated as the National Monument of Importance by the ASI.

5. Somnath Temple, Veraval
Somnath Temple is considered as one of the twelve Jyotirlinga shrines of the god Shiva. It is one of the most popular tourist spots in the country due to its religious importance. The temple having been destroyed many times by various rulers and kings.
