Please Note: ALL TICKET-HOLDERS MUST BE PRESENT when picking up wristbands, as they need to check all IDs. They cannot give out only some of the wristbands in your group if you purchased multiple tickets or the ‘group of five’ option.

Parking: The hotel is in a great location with easy parking. Guest or overnight parking is available on site and is subject to availability (charges may apply + pricing may vary). Plus there’s also an electric vehicle charging station.

Additional Parking: 808 Howell Parking Garage is located in downtown Seattle at the base of the brand new Hyatt Regency Seattle. The facility offers easy access from Howell street, 8th, and 9th Avenue. You can also access the facility through the hotels main drive off Howell St.

If you encounter a problem at the event, you must file a complaint with Promoter within 5 calendar days following the date of the event; failure to contact Promoter within the 5-day period will be a complete waiver of your right to request compensation whether monetary or otherwise. If the event is canceled you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket.
