31ST DECEMBER 2023 • NEW YEAR’S EVE
From 3.00 pm Arrive to a glass of fizz, mulled wine or both! Meet the team who are ready to make a truly memorable stay. While you relax, your luggage will be taken to your room. For those who wish to arrive earlier and relax, access to the Country Club & Spa is from 1.00pm.
1.00 pm – 5.00 pm Time for tea! A light afternoon tea will be served in the Drawing Room by their restaurant team.
The Country Club & Spa is available for a swim, soak or a jog! If you haven’t booked a treatment yet, it’s worth asking at Reception as there may be space for you to enjoy a luxury spa experience. Please note Children swim times are 4.00pm until 5.30pm.
For those guests dining in Samuel’s Restaurant
From 7.00 pm All ready in your best bid and tucker? Black tie and evening dress are essential for their New Year’s Eve House Party.
Join them for a Champagne and Canapé Reception in the Drawing Room.
7.45 pm prompt Dinner is served in Samuel’s Restaurant for a tantalizing tasting menu accompanied with a flight of wine.
For those guests dining in The Terrace Restaurant
From 7.00 pm Start the celebrations in The Terrace Bar with a fabulous black tie and evening dress Champagne and
Canapé Reception.
7.45 pm prompt Dinner is served in The Terrace Restaurant, a tantalising tasting menu accompanied with a flight of wine.
After Dinner they invite all guests to join them in The Library as they continue the party and count down to New Year. You can also try your luck at the Casino tables with Swinton pounds.

1ST JANUARY 2024 • NEW YEAR’S DAY
From 7.30 am – 10.00 am Start the new year with a sumptuous New Year’s breakfast in Samuel’s Restaurant or The Terrace Restaurant complete with a celebratory Bucks Fizz.
The Country Club & Spa is open throughout the day, please note children’s swim times are 9.30 am until 10.30 am and 4.00 pm until 5.30 pm.
10.00 am Meet in the Morning Room before embarking on a guided walk by their Concierge team around their stunning town.
The first stop will be at the town square for hot drinks and tasty goodies. Returning back to the Hotel for lunch.
12.30 pm Lunch will be served.
Try your skills at Archery, which will take place over lunch and into the afternoon.
2.00 pm – 6.00 pm How about an afternoon in the Cookery School with a hands-on masterclass with their Cookery School Tutor?
Entertaining and educational sessions will be running throughout the afternoon, either pop in and see when the next session will be starting, or put your name down at Reception.
2.00 pm – 3.00 pm Perhaps try your hand at Falconry? Their resident Falconer gives you the opportunity to learn about the birds’ hunting and flying skills, experience holding a bird, and the thrill of a bird being flown to your hand.
4.00 pm – 5.00 pm The very popular Fizz Quiz! Test your tastebuds with a bottle of Champagne for the winner.
From 5.30 pm Dinner will be served in both Samuel’s Restaurant and The Terrace Restaurant, at a time to suit you, just let them know in advance what time you’d prefer. The Drawing Room, Samuel’s Bar and The Terrace Bar will be open for an apéritif. They wish you a fabulous evening.
After dinner, tea and coffee will be served in the Drawing Room with their Restaurant team serving a selection of liqueurs and Port into the night.
2ND JANUARY 2024
8.00 am – 10.00 am Before you head off home, enjoy breakfast and a strong coffee in Samuel’s Restaurant or The Terrace Restaurant.
11.00 am Time to say their fond farewells and a chance to wish you a very happy and prosperous New Year, with a gift to help you on your way.

Rates for children sharing a room with two adults, including all meals within the package and use of a cot and high chair or z bed are: under 3 years no charge; 4 years – 9 years £300 per child; 10 years – 17 years £450 per child.
Swinton Park Hotel is dog-friendly and they welcome your four-legged friends. If you would like to bring your dog with you, the rate is £30 per dog per night. Beds, blankets and bowls are provided.
All rates include dinner, overnight accommodation and breakfast for two nights, as well as the meals, drinks and activities detailed above, use of the leisure facilities from 3.00 pm day of arrival until 11.00 am day of departure, and a 35 minute spa treatment (back massage or facial) per adult guest. Please note children’s swim times apply.
If you would like to stay an additional night before the New Year break, preferential rates may be available.
Additional nights are subject to availability.
A provisional booking will be held for fourteen days, at which point a £750.00 per room, non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the reservation. The full balance is required by the 1st of October 2023. For bookings made after 1st October 2023 full payment is required at the time of booking.
