CHRISTMAS HOUSE PARTY
Four Day House Party from the afternoon of Sunday 24th December to after breakfast on Thursday 28th December 2023.
NEW YEAR
Minimum two day stay to include New Year’s Eve and either Saturday 30th December or Monday 1st January 2024. Sunday 31st December includes afternoon tea, champagne followed by a gala dinner in the restaurant and dining areas.

Christmas & New Year
Children at Christmas and New Year
They welcome children to the hotel at Christmas, but expect parents to ensure that their children do not spoil the enjoyment of other guests. Children sharing their parents’ accommodation will be charged 25% of the tariff if under 12 and 50% of the tariff if over 12 and under 16. They do not allow children under the age of 16 to stay at the hotel on New Year’s Eve
Tariffs (Prices from)
*This one night dinner, bed and breakfast rate applies to 28th, 29th and 30th December and 1st January. Special rates are available for those wishing to extend their stay.

New Year’s Eve
Two nights’ minimum stay to include New Year’s Eve and either Saturday 30th December or Monday 1st January.
Sunday 31st December
Tea, cake and sandwiches in the Boat Room Champagne reception in the cocktail bar followed by a Gala Dinner in one of their dining areas and dancing in the Mayflower Suite with champagne to welcome the New Year.
Most of their guests opt for more formal dress at dinner and black tie on the final evening.
Festive Lunches
Their Festive Lunches will be available from Monday to Saturday throughout December up to and including Saturday 23rd December. Ideal for small lunch parties or larger groups. (For parties of ten or more people, pre-ordering is required). Their regular lunch menu will also be available.
Festive Afternoon Tea
Their Festive Afternoon Tea will be available from Friday 1st December up to Saturday 23rd December, from 3-4.30pm. The Festive Tea includes a selection of finger sandwiches, a scone with jam and cream, a selection of festive patisseries and a choice of tea. If you would like to add a little sparkle enjoy a glass of champagne with your tea

CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR EXPLANATORY NOTES 2023
Payment for Christmas and Cancellation
A 50% pre payment is required to confirm your reservation and full payment by the 30th September. If the payments are not received by these dates, the reservation will be cancelled and any deposits/prepayments forfeited. The deposit and prepayments are non refundable unless the hotel is closed and unable to accept guests, therefore they strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance.
Deposits for New Year
A non-refundable deposit equivalent to the cost of the first night of your stay per person is payable to confirm your booking and will be deducted from your bill on departure.
Cancellation for New Year
In all cases the deposit is forfeited and in addition if the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date – 100% of the total value of the reservation will be charged of which the deposit and pre payment is part.
