- Free of charge for children up to 6 years old, sharing the same room with their parents (without extra bed).
- For children between 6–14 years, staying in the same room with their parents , we give extra bed, and they pay 50% of rate.
- Children over 14 years old are considered adults and they pay the full rate.

- DOUBLE-BED ROOM – STANDARD: The size is between 22 and 26 square meters, with a forest view. Available in single or double regiments, without the possibility of adding a third bed.
- DOUBLE-BED ROOM-SUPERIOR: The size is between 30 and 36 square meters, with a panoramic view and balcony. Available in single or double regiments, with the possibility of adding a third bed.
- JUNIOR SUITE: Generously sized rooms: between 40 and 45 square meters, equipped with a matrimonial bed. Available in double regiment, with the possibility of adding 1 or 2 additional beds.
- TWO BEDROOM APARTMENT: The largest and most comfortable apartment available, spread over a 70+ square meter area, plus a balcony. Ideal for hosting two families or one family with multiple children.
- ONE BEDROOM – VILLA PANORAMA: Located in a separate building 150m from the hotel’s building, this type of apartment has an area of 39 square meters and can accommodate a maximum of 3 people
- APARTMENT WITH 4 BEDROOMS- VILLA PANORAMA: Located in a separate building, 150m from the hotel’s building, the 2 apartments has an area of 140 m2, each with 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed, 1 with bunk bed.
- FAMILY ROOM – VILLA PANORAMA 2: The six Family Rooms are located in the newest building of the resort, a separate building from the hotel (200 m), with an area of 25 – 30 sqm.
- PANORAMIC FAMILY ROOM – VILLA PANORAMA 2: The twelve of Panoramic Family Rooms are located in the newest building of the resort, a separate building from the hotel (200 m) with an area of 25-30 sqm.
- TINY HOUSE BY MOBEXPERT: The modular wooden house is located 150 m away from the hotel, in the vicinity of the Panorama Villa.
