Prepayment:

• Free stay of children under 3 years of age
• The required prepayment of 100% of the booking value of the first night must be paid up to 48h after making the booking (does not apply to weekends). In the event that the period from the time of making the reservation to the day of arrival is less than 48 hours, the reservation fee must be paid online by the specified deadline. The remaining amount is to be paid at the reception desk upon check-in. Cancellation of a reservation means that the reservation fee paid will not be refunded. Rescheduling of the reservation is not possible. In case of a Guest’s no-show at the Hotel, the reservation will be canceled after the first day.
• The hotel reserves the right to change the programme and package components or to cancel the package due to current regulations or guidelines issued by the Chief Sanitary Inspector or any other authority authorized to establish epidemiological regulations.

Aries Hotel & Spa accepts only stays with a dog, the fee is 120PLN/per day. During your stay at the hotel, it is forbidden to bring dogs into: wellness area. Aries Spa, HALKA Restaurant, playroom, gym, Cocktail Room, Music Loft and outdoor playground.

Parking lot – information

Car park is free of charge to all hotel guests – space reservation is not required.

Specific cancellation policy

Opłata rezerwacyjna w wysokości 100% wartości pobytu za pierwszą dobę winna zostać uregulowana w ciągu 48 godzin od momentu dokonania rezerwacji. Pozostała należność winna zostać uregulowana w recepcji podczas zameldowania. Anulacja rezerwacji powoduje, że wpłacona opłata rezerwacyjna nie zostanie zwrócona. Zmiana terminu rezerwacji nie jest możliwa. W przypadku niepojawienia się Gościa w Hotelu, po pierwszej dobie rezerwacja zostanie anulowana.
