How to Get to The Residence Maldives at Dhigurah [Guide] from Male International Airport
The Residence Maldives is accessible from Male International Airport by the following modes of transfer, here are the details:
Transfers by Domestic Flight plus Speedboat
After reaching Male International Airport, guests need to take a domestic flight to Kooddoo Airport which is the closest Airport to The Residence Maldives and on reaching there a short ride by Speedboat to land on this beautiful property. The domestic flight takes about 55 minutes of flight time followed by 5-10 minute ride by a Speedboat.
Domestic Flight plus Speedboat Transfer Charges:
- Adult (12 years & above): USD 385 per person for a round trip
- Children (2 – 11.99 years): USD 319 per kid for a round trip
- Infant (0 – 2 years): USD 88 per kid for a round trip

Transfers by Chartered Seaplane Transfer
You may also reach the resort by chartered Seaplane but for that, you need to get in touch with the reservation team and give a request in advance. Please note that the resort makes arrangements by Domestic flight plus Speedboat as the default mode of transfer, for Seaplane special request is required and that is also subject to the availability of the Seaplane. A Seaplane takes approximately 90 minutes of time to cover the distance between The residence Maldives and the Male International Airport.

Note: For both modes of transfers, guests need to be in touch with the Reservation team at The Residence Maldives. You must share your arrival and departure flight schedules well in time with the resort. You can do so immediately after the booking or later on as well but do give the concerned team a time of 4 to 5 days in advance to ensure smooth transfer arrangements.
