Please take note that the VIP seaplane transfers are coordinated by the resort reservation team. Therefore, you need to share your international flight arrival and departure timings with the reservation team three days before your arrival schedules to ensure smooth transfers.
You must also keep in mind the baggage restrictions for the seaplane, which allows you 20kg plus a handbag allowance of up to 5kg.
